Here is a follow up to the issue identified within your stratafax™ environment. We have discovered some faxes (not all) received on 8/28/2020 were received incomplete. Although these particular faxes were received, there was a problem rendering the image. The image delivered was not viewable or, in some instances, showed "Attachment Failed,” and unfortunately the image was not retrievable through the stratafax Web interface. Additionally, notification for these faxes was delayed until 10/19/2020. These fax images are not recoverable.
Please know, we are taking all measures to address this issue and avoid similar issues in the future. In response to this error, additional monitoring has been implemented to identify these types of issues in a timely manner and provide faster notification to you.
